Welcome to Mini Mappers! By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for you and your little explorers.

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed upon payment of a ₹15000 advance per family.
• The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the trip start date.
• Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can shift—especially when traveling with kids. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

• 90% refund of booking amount if cancelled due to government-imposed lockdowns or natural calamities, up to 15 days before the trip.
• 75% refund if cancelled for valid personal reasons at least 15 days prior to the trip date.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the trip start date, regardless of reason.
• If Mini Mappers must reschedule or adjust a trip due to weather, roadblocks, or safety concerns, we will offer alternative dates or activities. Refunds will only be offered if no suitable alternative is possible.

Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Changes to Itinerary

• Trips may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, or logistical issues.
• We prioritize safety and will notify participants as early as possible.

4. Travel Documents

• A government-issued photo ID is required for each adult traveler.
• Child ID (Aadhaar, school ID, birth certificate) is strongly recommended.
• If only one parent is traveling, please check if a No Objection Certificate is required from the other parent.
• Mini Mappers is not responsible for denial of entry or travel due to missing documents.

5. Responsibility & Safety

• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children.
• Mini Mappers is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.

6. Photography & Consent

• We may share group trip photos/videos on our platforms.
• Let us know in writing before the trip if you’d prefer to opt out.

7. Package-Specific Terms

In some cases, specific trips may have their own terms or refund policies. If so, those will override the general terms here. Details will be shared during booking.
